Is hosting included in Website Care?
Up to $20 per month of hosting is included in the $199 plan. If the provider bills you directly, the service quote accounts for that amount so you do not pay twice.
Does the $599 plan include five extra hours?
It includes five hours in total, including the hour in Website Care. Additional agreed work is $125 per hour. Unused hours do not roll over.
How do we cancel?
Cancel before renewal; service continues through the paid billing period. Monthly plans begin on the agreed service start date.

Terms
Scope and changes
Fixed-price packages apply to the scope shown. Additional requirements are quoted separately. Website builds include 30 days of corrections for defects against the agreed scope after handover.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans begin on the agreed service start date. Cancel before renewal; service continues through the paid billing period. Included hours do not roll over.
Third-party costs
Domains, paid licenses, transaction fees and usage charges are separate unless explicitly included. Hosting above the included allowance requires approval.
Accounts and deliverables
Your domain and service accounts remain under your control. Project-specific deliverables are handed over under the project agreement after payment.
Response time
Website Care includes a response within one business day. This is a response target, not a guaranteed repair time. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, excluding US federal holidays.
SEO results
SEO work improves your business information and website content. Search rankings, traffic and AI recommendations are not guaranteed. Advertising spend is not included.
Questions
Can I order a website without a monthly plan?
Yes. Website Care is optional. Your quote explains the handover and the hosting arrangement you choose.

Your quote lists phone services, model usage, hosting and other recurring charges separately. The implementation price covers the agreed setup or development work.
Is Local SEO the same as website maintenance?
No. Website Care covers the technical website plan. Local SEO covers the listed business profile and content work. You choose each service separately.
Does a support payment buy a business service or a DRENTIR license?
Support the Build funds DRENTIR development. Business services are ordered through a separate project quote. Platform licensing, if needed, is stated in that quote.
