BUSINESS
Delegate the operations.
Keep the control.
Every business drowns in coordination: the inbox, the scheduling, the follow-ups, the reports nobody has time to write. DRENTIR takes outcomes in plain language, coordinates agents to do the work — and keeps every action inside permissions you set, with a trail you can audit.
Concept for business use — illustrated, not production software.
IN PRACTICE
What businesses delegate first.
Three illustrative scenarios — not real customers, not case studies. The shape of the work is what matters.
A founder hands over operations.
Maya runs a twelve-person studio. She tells DRENTIR: “Keep the week running.” Agents triage her inbox, schedule the team, chase overdue invoices and prepare her client calls. She approves the sensitive ones, ignores the rest — and leaves at six.
- Inbox triaged each morning, replies drafted
- Invoices followed up before they go stale
- Client calls arrive with a one-page brief
Agents handle the follow-ups.
A support team of four stops losing threads. DRENTIR routes every inquiry, drafts answers in the company’s voice, and escalates only what truly needs a human. The queue clears; the team handles exceptions instead of triage.
- Every inquiry routed and answered in minutes
- Nothing slips: quotes, callbacks, open threads tracked
- Escalations arrive with full context attached
An agency coordinates ten projects.
Deadlines, freelancers, client feedback — a project manager’s week in miniature. DRENTIR keeps each project’s agents inside their own workspace: one for scheduling, one for client updates, one that assembles the weekly report from actual work done.
- Each project isolated in its own workspace
- Client updates drafted, manager approves
- Weekly reports written from real activity
TEAMS & BOUNDARIES
One system, clear boundaries.
Delegation only works with control. Each department gets its own agents, working inside permissions you set.
01
Policies per department
Sales sees the pipeline; finance sees the numbers; support sees the tickets. Owners define what DRENTIR may do alone, what needs approval, and what is off limits — per team, per workspace.
02
Roles you recognize
Owner, manager, member. An agent inherits the permissions of the person who asked — it can never act with more reach than they have.
03
Approval where it counts
Sending on behalf of the company, spending money, changing records — sensitive actions pause for a human. Routine ones just happen.
04
Audit trail by default
Every action is logged — who asked, what was done, and when.
05
Clients stay separate
Workspaces isolate each client, project or department. Data from one never leaks into another — by design, not by policy.
06
Offboarding in one click
When someone leaves, their access — and their agents’ access — is revoked everywhere at once. No loose ends.
FITS YOUR STACK
Works with the tools you already pay for.
DRENTIR is an AI operating system — a layer above your systems. It reaches your work through the tools layer instead of replacing it. No migration, no rip-and-replace.
Connectors expand over time; early access members shape the priority.
ROI, HONESTLY
Time returned. Not percentages.
We will not show you a dashboard of invented productivity gains. The return is simpler: the week’s recurring work stops belonging to humans.
Founders get evenings back
The administrative tail of running a company — scheduling, chasing, summarizing — is the first thing delegated. Nobody claims a number; the calendar speaks for itself.
Teams handle exceptions
Support and operations stop doing triage by hand. People spend their hours on the cases that actually need judgment.
Nothing slips anymore
Quotes unsent, calls unreturned, threads forgotten — the quiet revenue leaks. Follow-ups become a system property instead of a personal virtue.
PRIVATE PILOT
A small pilot for real work.
DRENTIR is a working prototype, not a product. The private pilot is a limited program for a small number of teams: you bring a real workflow, we work through it together — and what we learn shapes the roadmap.
01
You bring the workflow
One recurring workflow from your week — inbox triage, follow-ups, reporting. Something real, with real stakes.
02
We work it together
Direct access to the team building DRENTIR. We configure the prototype around your workflow and watch where it holds — and where it breaks.
03
You shape the roadmap
Pilot members decide what gets built next: which connectors, which deployment options, which permissions come first.

FAQ
Questions companies ask.
Straight answers. Where something is not decided yet, we say so.
Each department and client lives in its own workspace with its own permissions. Workspaces are designed so data does not cross between them. Sensitive work can run on your own infrastructure with the local deployment option. DRENTIR is designed so your data is not used to train models — exact training and retention policies for connected providers are documented per integration.
Three: local on your hardware, hybrid that routes per task, and cloud for heavy reasoning. Most companies are expected to run hybrid — everyday work stays close, demanding tasks go where the most capable models are. Final packaging for business deployment is still being shaped during early access.
Roles map to your org chart: owners, managers, members. An agent can only act with the permissions of the person who asked it — never more. Sensitive actions pause for human approval; routine ones run inside the boundaries you set. Every action is logged with who asked, what was done and when.
DRENTIR is in development and not yet available as a product — that is exactly what early access is for. There are no public launch dates yet. Support plans that fund development are available on the Support the Build page. Early access members will shape product packaging, including which integrations and deployment options come first.
