To operate and protect the website, our hosting environment also processes limited technical data such as IP addresses, server logs and essential cookies, and form submissions may pass through anti-spam checks.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to manage the DRENTIR early-access program and to respond to your inquiries: to contact you about availability, to understand what you would delegate to an AI operating system, and to shape the product direction. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers only as needed to run this website: our hosting provider, our email provider, anti-spam protection, and Stripe for payment processing. They process data on our behalf and only for operating the site — not for their own marketing.
Payments
Subscription and one-time payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we receive only your name, email, and payment status. Stripe handles payments under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access requests for as long as the program runs, so we can reach you when access opens. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time — email hello@art-webstore.com.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@art-webstore.com about any of these and we will respond.
When DRENTIR launches
DRENTIR itself is being designed to keep sensitive work on your own devices wherever possible. A separate product privacy policy will be published before the product becomes publicly available.
